Return Policy

Overview

Our returns and refunds policy lasts for (7) working days. If the time limit has elapsed since delivery, we will not accept your return or offer you a refund/ replacement of items. To be eligible for a return or refund, the products must be unused, in the same condition it was delivered to you and in the original packaging. You will be liable for any work that has been done already be it design works, any products printed or purchased.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or replacements of products at our discretion.

Return Policy

We offer a standard 7 day return policy for eligible print items in case you need to make a return and request a reprint.

  1. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Send us a mail or call us to manage all returns or refunds cases.

To return any items printed on , ensure the item is in line with the conditions in the Return Policy. All items have free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and also notify you of our approval or rejection of your request.

  1. Please note that you are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items.
  2. Shipping costs are non refundable.

We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid loss from a third party.

Lastly, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

Refund Policy

offers a Seven (7) working days refund policy for items/orders that do not meet customer’s expectations or are defective and after other channels do not meet client expectations which include a reprint or a credit to print a new order.

No monetary refunds will be given except replacement of items/ products. We do not refund services rendered such as graphics designs, material Procurement, delivery transportation e.t.c

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement and a refund will be issued. Once an order has entered the production process, cancellation is not possible and refunds are only granted for defective or erroneous products.

  1. Please note that the request for a refund /return has to be reported within 3 working days after receipt of orders as will not make a refund if an order has been delivered and no issue was raised within 3 working days after the order was received.

Certain Circumstances beyond our control are not covered by this policy. Please note that we cannot be responsible for returns or refunds as a result of errors made by you or a third party agent.

Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or damaged, we may request that you return the product for our examination. Replacement or refund will be at our discretion. If we decide to replace the items it will be reprinted at no cost to the customer.
